Sharon Townsend Yoga
Yoga has brought a spiritual calmness to my life and solved my insomnia. Not just from the physical practice, but also through pranyamana and meditation. Now I have the opportunity to pass on what I have learnt through my practice to other yoga practitioners. I completed my 200 hour teaching training course with Yogahaven in 2011 to become a yoga teacher.
Yoga is more than just physical postures
My aim is to not just to teach yoga, but to give other yoga practitioners (beginners through to advanced) an understanding how the practice brings a sense of calmness to your life, but also allows you to be the “best version of yourself”. Giving adjustments, modifications and the benefits of the postures for your body.
